At Goose Creek Rods, repair work is about preserving good equipment and giving well-used fishing rods new life. As a small, owner-operated craftsman’s shop, our repair focus is now primarily on fishing rod repair and refurbishing, from straightforward guide and tip repairs to more extensive rebuilding and refinishing projects.
We also continue to accept select vintage rod and reel restoration projects where the workmanship, history, or sentimental value of the equipment makes restoration worthwhile. Every job is handled individually, with an emphasis on quality workmanship, honest evaluation, and old-fashioned craftsmanship rather than high-volume repair service.

Goose Creek Rods no longer accepts routine customer reel cleaning, maintenance, troubleshooting, or general reel repair.
Selected vintage and collectible reels may be considered as part of a restoration project. Because vintage work varies greatly in condition, parts availability, and complexity, every restoration is evaluated and quoted individually.
